Iron horse stool is a support in reinforced concrete construction, which is mainly used to fix the spacing of upper steel bars and prevent the sinking of steel bars when pouring concrete.

When in use, the iron horse stool is placed on the lower layer of steel bars in a quincunx or determinant manner, the support legs of the iron horse stool are firmly attached to the formwork, the top of the iron horse stool supports the upper layer of steel bar mesh, and the layout density needs to be adjusted in combination with the construction load and the specification of the steel bars to ensure the stability of the overall structure.

After the construction is completed, the iron horse stool and the steel bar are poured into the concrete together to improve the engineering quality of the floor slab.
